I bought the first run of the 1000 and did two albums with hit. I had not used the MPC since "Versus The Robot Factory," but once I started, it felt like home.

An awesome condenser microphone. Loud, crisp and solid.
Even though the laptop was getting older, it still was working fine for running Soundforge and Acid.
